Laura, enmanuel, and jeff were amazing! the staff provided an upgrade. This was such a thoughtful gesture. the atmosphere was great and added to my husband's lovely birthday. i appreciated the really good pool and hope to return to see laura soon. She is amazing.
The room was a bit smaller than what the pictures showed online. This was a minor issue, though.

The pool area had comfortable sun loungers, with towel service readily available. Everything was well kept. the fitness center included cardio equipment and free weights, providing options for exercise. there was also a spa offering treatments.

The hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions! it was right across the street from the beach. there were also many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I did not need a car.

I appreciated the amazing staff! They were very friendly and helpful. I loved the location. It was great and within walking distance to many attractions. The bed was also comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.
The gym equipment looked a bit outdated. I hope they upgrade it soon.

free beach toweldirty windowsmissing blackout curtains
the free beach towel service was really convenient.
The windows were really dirty. I could barely see out. the blackout curtains were also missing, so the room got very bright early in the morning. It was hard to sleep. i asked for someone to fix things, but the receptionists just laughed at me.
